9. Position Overview:
10. We are seeking a detail-driven, experienced Auditor to support the execution of operational audits. This role is key to conducting internal audits, identifying control weaknesses, and preparing insightful reports. You'll perform independent and objective reviews of business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
11. Your Mission:
12. As an Internal Auditor, you'll help plan, define scope, execute, and report on audits based on identified risk areas—all under the guidance of our audit leadership team.
13. ?? Responsibilities
14. - Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
15. - Assist management across all levels with professional audit support
16. - Provide analysis, assessments, and feedback with strong traceability
17. - Support operational and/or financial audits
18. - Prepare and submit required documentation for team-defined SOPs
19. - Complete other assigned tasks with professionalism and accuracy
20. ?? Required Skills & Qualifications
21. Hard Skills:
22. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
23. - 4–5 years of direct experience in operational auditing, consulting, or financial processes
24. - Familiarity with SOX controls
25. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
26. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
27. Soft Skills:
28. - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
29. - Sound decision-making capabilities
30. - Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
31. - B2-level English fluency (Required)
32. - Prior experience in PEO organizations (Preferred)
33. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
