- As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the agency and the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients. Your mission is to ensure that clients are successfully onboarded, fully set up, and consistently nurtured throughout their journey with us. Our goal is to boost local online visibility, primarily via Google Business Listings, as well as Yelp, Apple Maps, and client websites.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Serve as the main contact for client onboarding, ensuring all initial steps are completed smoothly.
- • Maintain frequent and proactive communication with clients, including check-ins, follow-ups, and status updates. • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including form completion, access to platforms, and photo uploads.
- • Deliver and explain performance reports to clients, keeping them informed on progress.
- • Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams, including sales and fulfillment.
- • Escalate delays or communication gaps.
